Phoenix - Spring Break April 2012

2012 marked our first official Spring Break trip as a family.  While everyone else was in Florida ... we were in Arizona!  It was great.  We stayed at the amazing Wigwam Resort, the weather was perfect, and the kids were AWESOME travelers.

We visited the zoo, hiked in the White Tank mountains, spent a ton of time by the pool (as evidenced by photos), and ate some pretty good food.  Too bad Doria and Paul are living in CT - it would have been fun to visit with them while we were here :(

We got to take part in an amazing Easter celebration that was being held on the grounds of our hotel.  The governor came in on a helicopter!  It was awesome.  There was an Easter egg roll, coloring contests, egg decorating, and lots of free treats!

Overall, a really fun trip!
